December 3, 2022: Ann Arbor, MI 48105 Gabriel Richard Fighting Irish (Ann Arbor, MI) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Westfield Prep Warriors (Redford, MI), 73-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Gabriel Richard upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Fighting Irish host Pinckney (Pinckney, MI) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Pinckney won 55-50 in their recent non-league bout against Lincoln (Ypsilanti, MI)
Next up, the Warriors clash with the Mt. Clemens Battling Bathers (Mt. Clemens, MI) in a Charter bout, on Monday, December 5. Westfield Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Battling Bathers go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Summit Academy North (Romulus, MI).
