Texas High School Basketball - Hico falls to Whitney
December 3, 2022: Hico, TX 76457 In Saturday's non-league bout, the visiting Whitney Wildcats basketball squad scored a nice 34-20 win over the Hico Tigers.
With the win, Whitney upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Eustace (Eustace, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-1.
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Gorman Panthers (Gorman, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Hico will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 15-0 record after their 40-39 non-league win over De Leon (De Leon, TX).
