The Corvian Community Cardinals basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Covenant Day Lions to 11 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cardinals now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cannon for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6.

The Lions (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against South Charlotte Thunder (Matthews, NC). The Thunder enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record.
