California High School Soccer - East Union nudges McClatchy
December 3, 2022: Sacramento, CA 95818 East Union Lancers (Manteca, CA) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host McClatchy Lions (Sacramento, CA), 2-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Lancers confront the Turlock Bulldogs (Turlock, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 7. East Union will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.
The Lions now possess a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sheldon for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. McClatchy will confront a Huskies team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Tokay (Lodi, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 1-1.
