December 3, 2024: Rock Island, IL 61201 Annawan Braves/Bravettes (Annawan, IL) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Alleman Pioneers (Rock Island, IL), 66-52 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Annawan advances its record to 6-0 on the year. The Braves/Bravettes travel to Brimfield (Brimfield, IL) to face the Indians in a non-league match on Saturday, December 7. The Indians enter the match with a record of 4-1. Brimfield won 47-35 in their recent non-league match against Flanagan-Cornell (Flanagan, IL)
The Pioneers now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Moline United for a Western Big 6 match on Friday, December 6. Alleman will face a Panthers squad coming off a 45-40 non-league loss to Metamora (Metamora, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 4-1.
