The Mt. Morris Panthers (Mt. Morris, MI) basketball edged the host Bridgeport Bearcats (Bridgeport, MI), 73-67 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Ovid-Elsie for a Mid-Michigan bout on Thursday, December 5. Mt. Morris will play a Marauders team coming off a 60-18 non-league win over Genesee Christian (Burton, MI). The Marauders record now stands at 1-1.
