December 3, 2024: Chester, PA 19013 Chester Clippers (Chester, PA) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Collegium Charter Cougar (Exton, PA), 74-48 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Chester advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Clippers host Abraham Lincoln (Philadelphia, PA) to meet the Railsplitters in a non-league match on Thursday, December 5. The Railsplitters enter the match with a record of 0-1. Abraham Lincoln lost 81-36 in their recent non-league match against Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic (Drexel Hill, PA)
The Cougar now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chester Charter Scholars Academy for a Bicentennial match on Thursday, December 5. Collegium Charter will meet a Sabers squad coming off a 71-57 non-league loss to Constitution (Philadelphia, PA). The Sabers record now stands at 1-1.
