The Fairfield Lions defeated the visiting Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs basketball squad by a final score of 64-49 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Lions clash with the Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington Blue Jays (Ripley, OH) in a Southern Hills outing, on Friday, December 6. Fairfield will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Blue Jays come into the outing with a 0-3 record after their 65-59 non-league loss to Green (Franklin Furnace, OH).
