December 3, 2024: Stanardsville, VA 22973 The William Monroe Dragons basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Goochland Bulldogs to 19 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Dragons now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Madison County for a non-league game on Friday, December 6. William Monroe will confront a Mountaineers team coming off a 50-37 non-league loss to Orange County (Orange, VA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 0-2.
