December 3, 2024: Memphis, TN 38111 Memphis East Mustangs (Memphis, TN) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Middle College Bulldogs (Memphis, TN), 66-57 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Memphis East upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Mustangs travel to University School of Jackson (Jackson, TN) to face the Bruins in a non-league match on Friday, December 6. The Bruins enter the match with a record of 4-1. University School of Jackson won 50-45 in their recent non-league match against Rossville Christian Academy (Rossville, TN)
The Bulldogs now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Melrose for a non-league match on Thursday, December 5. Middle College will face a Golden Wildcats squad coming off a 83-64 non-league loss to Fairley (Memphis, TN). The Golden Wildcats record now stands at 0-4.
