December 3, 2024: Lake City, AR 72437 The Riverside Rebels (Lake City, AR) basketball crushed the visiting Marmaduke Greyhounds (Marmaduke, AR), 59-22 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Rebels now possess a 9-2 record. They play next when they host Piggott for a 2A Region 3 bout on Thursday, December 5. Riverside will play a Mohawks team coming off a 44-30 non-league win over Crowley's Ridge Academy (Paragould, AR). The Mohawks record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Marmaduke falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Rector (Rector, AR) to play the Cougars in a 2A Region 3 bout on Thursday, December 5. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Rector lost 61-42 in their recent non-league bout against Marked Tree (Marked Tree, AR)
