Mingus Marauders (Cottonwood, AZ) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Shadow Mountain Matadors (Phoenix, AZ), 66-12 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Mingus advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Marauders travel to Thunderbird (Phoenix, AZ) to face the Titans in a non-league match on Thursday, December 5. The Titans enter the battle with a record of 3-2. Thunderbird won 32-28 in their recent non-league battle against St. Mary's (Phoenix, AZ)

The Matadors now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tempe for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 4. Shadow Mountain will meet a Buffaloes squad coming off a 52-12 non-league loss to Crismon (Queen Creek, AZ). The Buffaloes record now stands at 0-1.
