With the victory, St. Michael's advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Horsemen host Grants (Grants, NM) to meet the Pirates in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 10. The Pirates enter the battle with a record of 1-0.
The Sartans now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sandia Prep for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 5. St. Pius X will meet a Sundevils squad coming off a 55-36 non-league win over Menaul (Albuquerque, NM). The Sundevils record now stands at 1-0.
