The Perry Pumas nipped the host Deer Valley Skyhawks basketball squad by a final score of 60-56 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

Coming up next, the Pumas confront the Corona del Sol Aztecs (Tempe, AZ) in a non-league game, on Thursday, December 4. Perry will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Aztecs go into the game with a 2-5 record after their 66-54 non-league loss to Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ).

With the loss, Deer Valley falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Skyhawks travel to Prescott (Prescott, AZ) to confront the Badgers in a non-league game on Thursday, December 4.
