The McKinley Tech Trainers basketball squad scored 56 points and held the visiting Washington Leadership Academy Knights to 18 in the Trainers non-league victory on Wednesday.

Next, the Trainers clash with the King's Christian Academy Eagles (Callaway, MD) in a non-league outing, on Friday, December 5. McKinley Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 2-2 record after their 80-74 non-league loss to New Hope Academy Regional (Landover Hills, MD).

The Knights (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Idea (Washington, DC). The Timberwolves go into the PCSAA A game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Idea was overwhelmed by Roosevelt (Washington, DC), 83-46, in a non-league outing.
