The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA) and the visiting North Valleys Panthers (Reno, NV), observed South Tahoe's basketball team edge North Valleys by a score of 61-57.

The Vikings (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Galena (Reno, NV). The Grizzlies come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Galena was tipped by Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV), 71-41, in a non-league battle.
