In Wednesday's non-league match, the host First Flight Nighthawks basketball squad scored a decisive 58-15 victory over the Cape Hatteras Hurricanes.

With the victory, First Flight advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Nighthawks travel to Lawrence Academy (Merry Hill, NC) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Monday, December 8. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 1-3.

The Hurricanes now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Croatan for a non-league contest on Friday, December 5. Cape Hatteras will battle a Cougars team coming off a 51-13 non-league win over East Carteret (Beaufort, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 3-2.
