Sierra Vista Mountain Lions (Las Vegas, NV) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Basic Wolves (Henderson, NV), 77-60 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Sierra Vista upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Mountain Lions host Desert Pines (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 4. The Jaguars come into the bout with a record of 7-3.

Next up, the Wolves play the Del Sol Dragons (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Sky bout, on Thursday, January 13. Basic will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record.
