West Virginia High School Basketball - Mt. Lebanon winner over Brooke
December 30, 2021: Wellsburg, WV 26070 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils (Pittsburgh, PA) basketball squad felled the host Brooke Bruins (Wellsburg, WV), by a margin of 48-39.
The Blue Devils (4-4) will now prepare for their outing against Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA). The Big Macs go into the WPIAL 6A 2 outing with a 2-0 record.
The Bruins now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Wheeling Park for a Two Rivers outing on Friday, January 7. Brooke will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 74-59 non-league win over Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV). The Patriots record now stands at 4-3.
