Cranfills Gap Lions (Cranfills Gap, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Walnut Springs Hornets (Walnut Springs, TX), 43-32 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Cranfills Gap upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Lions host Bynum (Bynum, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 4. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 6-6. Bynum won 69-42 in their recent non-league bout against Jonesboro (Jonesboro, TX)
