December 30, 2021: Bend, OR 97701 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Mountain View Cougars (Bend, OR) and the visiting Crook County Cowboys (Prineville, OR), saw Mountain View's basketball squad knock off Crook County by a tally of 75-55.
With the victory, Mountain View improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Ridgeview (Redmond, OR) to play the Ravens in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 4. The Ravens come into the challenge with a record of 7-4. Ridgeview lost 41-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Junction City (Junction City, OR)
Next up, the Cowboys play the Summit Storm (Bend, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 4. Crook County will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Storm come into the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 71-45 non-league win over Pendleton (Pendleton, OR).
