The Ponte Vedra Sharks basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Evans Trojans to 57 in the Sharks non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Sharks now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Atlantic Coast for a 6A District 4 contest on Tuesday, January 4. Ponte Vedra will battle a Stingrays team coming off a 48-44 non-league win over St. Augustine (St. Augustine, FL). The Stingrays record now stands at 6-8.

The Trojans (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Leesburg (Leesburg, FL). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league contest with a 9-3 record.
