The McDonough Rams basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Northern Huskies to 42 in the Rams non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Rams now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Archbishop Wood for a non-league contest on Sunday, January 9.

The Huskies (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Allegany (Cumberland, MD). The Campers enter the Appalachian Mountain contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Allegany ran past Hedgesville (Hedgesville, WV), 37-25, in a non-league contest.
