December 30, 2022: Aberdeen, SD 57401 The More Cavaliers basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles to 46 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cavaliers now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belle Fourche for a A Region 8 contest on Tuesday, January 3. More will meet a Broncs team coming off a 49-47 non-league win over Wall (Wall, SD). The Broncs record now stands at 1-1.
The Golden Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Washington (Sioux Falls, SD). The Warriors enter the AA contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Washington ran past Huron (Huron, SD), 64-55, in a league contest.
