In Friday's non-league outing, the Aliso Niguel Wolverines (Aliso Viejo, CA) basketball squad felled the host Torrance Tartars (Torrance, CA), by a margin of 57-47.

The Wolverines (11-6) will now prepare for their outing against Dana Hills (Dana Point, CA). The Dolphins go into the Sea View outing with a 12-5 record. In their last outing, Dana Hills was beaten by Rancho Dominguez (Long Beach, CA), 68-57, in a non-league outing.

The Tartars now own a 7-11 record. They play next when they travel to Wiseburn- Da Vinci for a Pioneer outing on Wednesday, January 4. Torrance will clash with a Wolves squad coming off a 67-39 non-league loss to Edison (Huntington Beach, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 10-6.
