Ohio High School Basketball - Lakota West knocked off by Archbishop Carroll
December 30, 2022: West Chester, OH 45069 The Archbishop Carroll Patriots basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Lakota West Firebirds to 60 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Friday.
The Patriots now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Joseph's Prep for a Philadelphia Catholic contest on Tuesday, January 3. Archbishop Carroll will battle a Hawks team coming off a 73-60 non-league win over Friends' Central (Wynnewood, PA). The Hawks record now stands at 5-1.
The Firebirds (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Mason (Mason, OH). The Comets enter the Greater Miami contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Mason ran past Kings (Kings Mill, OH), 80-68, in a non-league contest.
