The Tigers now possess a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Leonard for a 3A Region II District 11 battle on Friday, January 6. Blue Ridge will battle a Tigers team coming off a 40-38 league win over Gunter (Gunter, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 9-11.
The Bulldogs (3-16) will now prepare for their battle against Rice (Rice, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 3A Region III District 18 battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, Rice was nudged by Frost (Frost, TX), 41-38, in a non-league battle.
