December 30, 2022: Lake Stevens, WA 98258 The Lake Stevens Vikings (Lake Stevens, WA) basketball crushed the visiting Cascade Bruins (Everett, WA), 86-47 in Friday's non-league test.
The Vikings (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Kamiak (Mukilteo, WA). The Knights go into the 4A Wesco test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, Kamiak was trounced by Battle Ground (Battle Ground, WA), 91-87, in a non-league test.
The Bruins now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Meadowdale for a 2A/3A Wesco test on Tuesday, January 3. Cascade will encounter a Mavericks squad coming off a 52-44 non-league win over Interlake (Bellevue, WA). The Mavericks record now stands at 2-6.
