In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Overbrook Panthers basketball team scored a good 85-68 triumph over the Central Lancers.

In their next game, the Panthers meet the Chester Clippers (Chester, PA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 3. Overbrook will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Clippers enter the match with a 4-4 record after their 75-60 non-league loss to Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA).
