The Orphans now possess a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Breese Central for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 3. Centralia will confront a Cougars team coming off a 52-33 non-league loss to Briarcrest Christian (Eads, TN). The Cougars record now stands at 10-1.
The RedHawks (13-3) will now prepare for their battle against Evanston (Evanston, IL). The Wildkits come into the non-league battle with a 10-2 record. In their last battle, Evanston edged Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IL), 44-31, in a non-league battle.
