Alabama High School Basketball - Darlington crushes Sand Rock
December 30, 2022: Leesburg, AL 35983 Darlington Tigers (Rome, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Sand Rock Wildcats (Leesburg, AL), 76-44 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Darlington upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to Calhoun (Calhoun, GA) to clash with the Yellow Jackets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Yellow Jackets go into the bout with a record of 6-6. Calhoun won 68-43 in their recent non-league bout against Murray County (Chatsworth, GA)
Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Cedar Bluff Tigers (Cedar Bluff, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Sand Rock will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record.
