Arkansas High School Basketball - Episcopal tipped by Russellville
December 30, 2022: Russellville, AR 72802 The Russellville Cyclones basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Episcopal Wildcats to 69 in the Cyclones non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cyclones now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greenwood for a 5A West contest on Saturday, January 7. Russellville will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 80-64 non-league loss to Paragould (Paragould, AR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-9.
The Wildcats (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Central (West Helena, AR). The Cougars enter the 3A Region 6 contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Central was nudged by Harding Academy (Searcy, AR), 60-45, in a league contest.
