The Fairmont Senior Polar Bears (Fairmont, WV) basketball knocked off the visiting Winfield Generals (Winfield, WV), 60-45 in Friday's non-league test.

The Polar Bears (6-0) will now prepare for their test against Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV). The Colts go into the Big Ten test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Philip Barbour notched a victory over Preston (Kingwood, WV), 58-31, in a league test.

The Generals now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Logan for a Cardinal test on Friday, January 6.
