Ohio High School Basketball - Green over Solon
December 30, 2022: Solon, OH 44139 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Green Bulldogs (Uniontown, OH) and the host Solon Comets (Solon, OH), saw Green's basketball squad overcome Solon by a tally of 81-66.
With the victory, Green improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Perry (Massillon, OH) to confront the Panthers in a Federal challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 2-5. Perry won 65-64 in their recent non-league challenge against Firestone (Akron, OH)
Next up, the Comets confront the Medina Battling Bees (Medina, OH) in a Greater Cleveland challenge, on Friday, January 6. Solon will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Battling Bees come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 59-40 non-league win over Walsh Jesuit (Cuyahoga Falls, OH).
