The Hammond Bishop Noll Warriors basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves to 59 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Renaissance for a non-league contest on Monday, January 2. Hammond Bishop Noll will battle a Phoenix team coming off a 86-63 non-league win over Ecorse (Ecorse, MI). The Phoenix record now stands at 4-3.

The Red Wolves (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Richards (Oak Lawn, IL). The Bulldogs enter the South Suburban contest with a 6-9 record.
