December 30, 2022: Miami, FL 33157 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hedgesville Eagles (Hedgesville, WV) and the host Westminster Christian Warriors (Miami, FL), saw Hedgesville's basketball squad overcome Westminster Christian by a tally of 50-30.
With the victory, Hedgesville improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Washington (Charles Town, WV) to confront the Patriots in a Eastern Panhandle challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. The Lions come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 68-51 non-league win over Port Charlotte (Port Charlotte, FL).
