New York High School Basketball - Northern Adirondack overwhelms Hermon-DeKalb Central
December 30, 2022: DeKalb Junction, NY 13630 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Northern Adirondack Bobcats (Ellenburg Depot, NY) and the host Hermon-DeKalb Central Demons (DeKalb Junction, NY), saw Northern Adirondack's basketball squad wallop Hermon-DeKalb Central by a count of 75-33.
With the victory, Northern Adirondack upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Peru (Peru, NY) to play the Nighthawks in a Section 7 Champlain Valley I challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Nighthawks come into the challenge with a record of 1-6. Peru lost 49-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Ticonderoga (Ticonderoga, NY)
Next up, the Demons play the Heuvelton Central Bulldogs (Heuvelton, NY) in a Section 10 West challenge, on Thursday, January 5. Hermon-DeKalb Central will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 65-50 non-league win over Beekmantown (Plattsburgh, NY).
