With the victory, IMG Academy Blue improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Ascenders travel to Florida State University High School (Tallahassee, FL) to confront the Seminoles in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 6. The Seminoles come into the challenge with a record of 12-1.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Shabach Christian Academy Gold Eagles (Landover, MD) in a Metro Private challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Rock Creek Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 9-2 record after their 97-34 non-league win over McLean (Potomac, MD).
