December 30, 2022: Kirkland, WA 98033 The Lake Washington Kangaroos basketball team (Kirkland, WA), dropped 62-51 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Serra Cavaliers (Gardena, CA)
The Cavaliers now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Montgomery for a Del Rey battle on Wednesday, January 4. Serra will battle a Knights team coming off a 73-55 non-league win over Narbonne (Harbor City, CA). The Knights record now stands at 17-0.
The Kangaroos (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against Mercer Island (Mercer Island, WA). The Islanders come into the 3A KingCo outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, Mercer Island was topped by Liberty (Bakersfield, CA), 54-51, in a non-league outing.
