Washington High School Basketball - Liberty thwarts Moses Lake
December 30, 2022: Moses Lake, WA 98837 The Liberty Falcons (Hillsboro, OR) basketball knocked off the host Moses Lake Mavericks (Moses Lake, WA), 67-59 in Friday's non-league test.
The Falcons (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Clackamas (Clackamas, OR). The Cavaliers go into the non-league test with a 8-0 record. In their last test, Clackamas notched a victory over Woodburn (Woodburn, OR), 52-50, in a non-league test.
The Mavericks now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Eisenhower for a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 test on Friday, January 6. Moses Lake will encounter a Cadets squad coming off a 53-52 non-league loss to East Valley (Yakima, WA). The Cadets record now stands at 2-7.
