California High School Basketball - Sonora trounces Mt. Carmel
December 30, 2022: San Diego, CA 92129 The Sonora Raiders (La Habra, CA) basketball crushed the host Mt. Carmel Sundevils (San Diego, CA), 88-48 in Friday's non-league test.
The Raiders (14-4) will now prepare for their test against Buena Park (Buena Park, CA). The Coyotes go into the Freeway test with a 8-10 record. In their last test, Buena Park was trounced by Adelanto (Adelanto, CA), 55-34, in a non-league test.
The Sundevils now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Westview for a non-league test on Friday, January 6. Mt. Carmel will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 54-38 non-league loss to El Dorado (Placentia, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 8-9.
