Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Nansemond-Suffolk Academy overwhelmed by Mt. Lebanon
December 30, 2022: Pittsburgh, PA 15228 The Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils basketball team scored 88 points and restricted the visiting Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Saints to 50 in the Blue Devils non-league victory on Friday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Baldwin for a WPIAL 6A 2 contest on Tuesday, January 3. Mt. Lebanon will battle a Highlanders team coming off a 73-48 non-league win over Brashear (Pittsburgh, PA). The Highlanders record now stands at 4-4.
The Saints (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Kempsville (Virginia Beach, VA). The Chiefs come into the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Kempsville was routed by Grafton (Yorktown, VA), 42-30, in a non-league contest.
