The Governors now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sturgis Brown for a AA battle on Saturday, December 31. Riggs will confront a Scoopers team coming off a 53-41 league win over Douglas (Box Elder, SD). The Scoopers record now stands at 1-0.
The Spartans (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Hill City (Hill City, SD). The Rangers come into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Hill City beat New Underwood (New Underwood, SD), 73-44, in a non-league battle.
