New Jersey High School Basketball - Plainfield crushes Tech
December 30, 2022: Plainfield, NJ 07063 Plainfield Cardinals (Plainfield, NJ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Tech Panthers (Newark, NJ), 63-31 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Plainfield upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Union Catholic (Scotch Plains, NJ) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Union Catholic won 64-45 in their recent non-league bout against North Star Academy (Newark, NJ)
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Weequahic Indians (Newark, NJ) in a Super Essex - Independence bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 69-33 non-league loss to Arts (Newark, NJ).
