California High School Basketball - Pleasant Grove can't hold off Sanger
December 30, 2022: Elk Grove, CA 95624 The Sanger Apaches basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the host Pleasant Grove Eagles to 43 in the Apaches non-league victory on Friday.
The Apaches now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tesoro for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Sanger will battle a Titans team coming off a 44-40 non-league loss to Los Alamitos (Los Alamitos, CA). The Titans record now stands at 15-3.
The Eagles (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Jesuit (Carmichael, CA). The Marauders enter the Delta League contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Jesuit was nudged by Roosevelt (Eastvale, CA), 77-49, in a non-league contest.
