North Carolina High School Basketball - Tuscola crushes Rosman

Tuscola Mountaineers (Waynesville, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Rosman Tigers (Rosman, NC), 76-54 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Tuscola upgrades its record to 2-12 on the campaign. The Mountaineers travel to Pisgah (Canton, NC) to play the Bears in a 3A Conference 54 bout on Friday, January 6. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 4-8.

Next up, the Tigers play the Owen Warhorses (Black Mountain, NC) in a 1A/2A Conference 42 bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Rosman will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Warhorses come into the bout with a 4-7 record after their 67-49 non-league loss to Swain County (Bryson City, NC).
