In Friday's non-league match, the host Taylor Allderdice Dragons basketball team scored a tight 64-59 triumph over the Virginia Episcopal School Bishops.

In their next game, the Dragons meet the Obama Academy of International Studies Eagles (Pittsburgh, PA) in a Pittsburgh City match, on Wednesday, January 4.
