December 30, 2022: Elk Grove, CA 95624 The Pleasant Grove Eagles basketball team (Elk Grove, CA), was overwhelmed 54-26 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA)
The Bulldogs now possess a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clayton Valley Charter for a Diablo - Foothill battle on Wednesday, January 4. Alhambra will confront a Ugly Eagles team coming off a 65-63 non-league win over Valencia (Valencia, CA). The Ugly Eagles record now stands at 6-8.
The Eagles (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against St. Francis (Sacramento, CA). The Troubadours come into the Delta League battle with a 10-3 record. In their last battle, St. Francis was overwhelmed by Antelope (Antelope, CA), 64-44, in a non-league battle.
