The Bishop Gorman Gaels (Las Vegas, NV) basketball nipped the host Troy Warriors (Fullerton, CA), 52-46 in Friday's non-league test.

The Gaels (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Palo Verde (Las Vegas, NV). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 5-5 record.

The Warriors now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they host La Habra for a Freeway test on Wednesday, January 4. Troy will encounter a Highlanders squad coming off a 69-30 non-league loss to Tesoro (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA). The Highlanders record now stands at 13-5.
