California High School Basketball - Desert Christian Academy crushes Cathedral City
December 30, 2022: Cathedral City, CA 92234 Desert Christian Academy Conquerors (Bermuda Dunes, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Cathedral City Lions (Cathedral City, CA), 43-17 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Desert Christian Academy upgrades its record to 13-4 on the season. The Conquerors travel to San Jacinto Valley Academy (San Jacinto, CA) to clash with the Wolves in a South Valley bout on Wednesday, January 4. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 8-3. San Jacinto Valley Academy lost 55-35 in their recent non-league bout against Eisenhower (Rialto, CA)
Next up, the Lions clash with the Twentynine Palms Wildcats (Twentynine Palms, CA) in a Desert Valley bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Cathedral City will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 9-6 record after their 58-42 non-league win over Redlands East Valley (Redlands, CA).
